Host Family Orientation |
Mandatory event for ALL CCP FAMILIES !! This years host family orientation meeting will be held at the
home of Ruth Hansen (please see the CCP 2010 Host Family Directory for address). This where you come to meet others
involved in the program, have questions answered, and obtain your CCP HOST FAMILY PACKET !! (a plethora of valuable information and you will find yourself turning to this regularly). Your host family
packet also contains a list of all CCP families, calendar of events, ideas of what to do, and much, much more !! |

Children Arrive !! |
The children arrive on Wednesday, June 16th at 9:00PM - Delta Airlines Flight # 1565 (Domestic Terminal 1, Gate TBD).
View SFO Airport Map Now Please check your emails often on the
days leading up to arrival. That is how we will alert you of any last minute airline changes or problems. We will meet at SFO in the Arrivals area of the Domestic terminal, please
look for the CCP sign in the main hall waiting area. If you can, please park in Domestic garage “B” and remember to were your CCP shirt!. Please check in with Tatiana Saniuk (or Brandon Williams) upon arrival
and before you leave.
Please try to be there 1 hour prior to arrival (8:00PM). |

Welcome Picnic |
Mandatory event for ALL CCP FAMILIES !! The welcome potluck picnic will be held three days after the children arrive on Sunday at 11am in
McNear Park, Petaluma. This is a time where all families get to socialize, and visiting children get to fill shopping bags with gently used clothing. (If you have any to donate, please bring them !!) This is also a terrific
opportunity to make use of the interpreters and learn about your visitor !! |

Bowling at Two Rock |
Bowling party at Two Rock Coast Guard base hosted by 2010 CCP family John and Christine Brady. This event is free to all current and past CCP families and their guests.

Come join us for a swim party at Club One in Petaluma. This event is free for 2010 CCP host families. You may want to bring a snack to this event as no
other food will be available. |

Six Flags, Discovery Animal Kingdom Trip |
A day of fun at Six Flags. We are excited to announce that we have found a sponsor for this event!!

Host familys and their guests - Thank You NetXperts!! If you cannot attend, we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to find another host family
who is willing to take your host child... this is something we'd hate for them to miss out on.

Children Depart |
The children depart on Saturday, July 31st at 6:30AM. Their flight (Delta Flight # 262) back home stops in New York so they will be
departing from the same terminal where you picked them up, domestic Terminal #1. Please check your emails often on the days leading up to arrival, this is how we will alert you of any
last minute airline changes or problems.
You must be there 2 hours prior to departure (4:30AM), we'll line up with the children, assist them with their ticketing and then to security. Upon arrival at the airport please check in with CCP Board
